Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri (Urdu: خورشيد محمود قصورى; born 18 June 1941) is a Pakistani politician and writer. He served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan from November 2002 to November 2007. He also wrote the nonfiction book Neither a Hawk Nor a Dove.[1] He was born in Lahore, Punjab.
